Privacy policy for Digitech Printers

Effective date: October 27, 2026

Digitech Printers runs print shops near Times Square and Penn Station in Manhattan and in East Meadow on Long Island. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and when you send us work, what we do with it, and how to reach us about it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you fill out our contact or quote form. We ask for your name, email address, phone number, the shop you’d like to work with, and a message about your job. If you paste in links to your print files, we receive those too.

When you email or call us. If you contact a shop directly at jobs@, sales@ or orders@digitechprinters.com, or by phone, we receive whatever you choose to send: your contact details, job details and files.

Print files. Customers send artwork by email, WeTransfer, MyAirBridge or shared links (such as a cloud drive folder). We download and open those files only to quote, prepare and print your job.

Basic site data. Like most websites, our site and our web host may record basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser type, the pages you view and your IP address. We keep analytics and cookies to a minimum and use them only to keep the site working and to understand, in general terms, how people use it.

We don’t offer customer accounts, take payments online or run a newsletter, so we don’t collect passwords, card numbers or mailing-list sign-ups through this site.

How we use it

We use your information to:

  • reply to your question or quote request
  • send your request to the right shop
  • prepare, print and finish your job, and arrange pickup
  • contact you about your order, your files or a proof
  • keep ordinary business records, such as quotes and invoices

When you submit the form, you may get an automatic confirmation email from a noreply address. That email confirms we received your request. Please don’t reply to it; write to your shop’s address instead.

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t use your files for anything other than your job.

Your print files

Your artwork stays yours. We use it only to produce the work you ordered. We don’t publish it, share it with other customers or use it in our own marketing unless you give us permission. We may keep a copy for a while after the job so we can reprint or fix something if you need us to. Ask us if you’d like your files deleted once your job is done.

File-sharing services like WeTransfer, MyAirBridge and cloud drives are run by other companies under their own privacy policies. Choose the service and sharing settings you’re comfortable with.

Third-party services on our site

Google Maps. Each location page shows an embedded Google map so you can find the shop. Google may collect information when you view or use the map, under Google’s privacy policy.

Google reviews. Our site links to our Google review pages. If you leave a review, Google handles it, and your review and Google profile name are public on Google.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. It uses cookies and collects anonymized usage data, such as the pages you visit, your device and your approximate location. Google processes that data under Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Email and web hosting. Our website and email run on outside providers who store data for us so the services can work.

We share your information with these providers only as needed to run the website and our email, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions, emails and job records for as long as we need them to handle your job, answer follow-up questions and keep normal business records. After that, we delete them or stop using them.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us, such as limiting who on our staff can see it. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send sensitive information, like payment card numbers, through our form or by email.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, unless we need to keep it for an open job or our business records. You can also stop getting emails from us at any time by telling us.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the effective date above.
