Choosing a shop for your quote
Pick the shop that suits your job on the form, and your request goes to that shop. Times Square, at 37 West 43rd Street, is between 5th and 6th Avenues in Midtown Manhattan, near Bryant Park. Penn Station, at 150 West 30th Street, is between 6th and 7th Avenues, about two blocks from Penn Station.
East Meadow, at 2344 Hempstead Tpke on Long Island, is near Prospect Avenue and Nassau University Medical Center, so you can order printing, signs, banners and T-shirts without the trip into the city. All three shops are open Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Put the size, quantity, material, finish and deadline in your message, and tell us if you need a design or a file fixed. Every job is quoted per project, and we reply with the price and a ready date. Delivery, shipping and in-store pickup are available at all three shops.
Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF and AI files. Ideally, especially if you have a designer, supply 0.125″ bleed on all sides with crop marks.
What’s the best way to send a large file?
Send large files by email, WeTransfer or MyAirBridge. Google Drive, Dropbox and similar links work too, but set the link to “Anyone with the link can access”, because we don’t have accounts on those services. Smaller files can go by email to your shop: Times Square at jobs@digitechprinters.com, Penn Station at sales@digitechprinters.com or East Meadow at orders@digitechprinters.com.
Can I get a quote by phone?

Can I come in on a Saturday?
No. All three shops are closed Saturday and Sunday.
